2013 Adult Individual
Registration & Accident Insurance
The Oregon ASA Adult Individual Registration and Accident Insurance program is now active through the Oregon ASA Web Site.
Registration cost is $18.00, preparation and shipping for your Oregon ASA Registration ID Card is $2.00 for a total of $20.00. The collection of these fees is performed through PayPal as they have the highest level of encryption and security available on the Internet today. |
The Adult Individual Accident Insurance coverage begins the minute you register and pay for the insurance on line. It will take 2 - 4 business days to get your ID card.
Coverage is for usual and customary doctor and hospital fees. It is excess coverage over and above what your basic insurance will cover, unless you do not have any medical insurance and then it will drop down.
Please remember it is not health insurance, it is accident insurance while playing the game of softball. All accident coverage has a $500.00 deductible. You can receive care where ever you choose.
